2. Use of Services & API Key Terms
We provide programmatic access to biological literature data, semantic search tools, and MCP servers under the following conditions:
- API Key Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any issued API keys (e.g.
rbai_sk_...). You may not share, sell, or publicly commit credentials to public repositories. - Rate Limits: Free tier accounts are limited to standard rate quotas (e.g., 1,000 queries/day). Attempts to circumvent rate limits via automated rotation of IP addresses or multiple unauthorized registrations are prohibited.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to distribute malicious payloads, or to reverse-engineer proprietary embeddings or model endpoints.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, proprietary models, documentation, branding, design assets, and website architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of The Dream Lab Innovations. Scientific research citations and third-party database entries remain under the respective licenses of their original publishers (e.g. ACS Publications, NCBI, UniProt, RCSB PDB).
4. Service Modifications & Availability
As our platforms include alpha and beta products under active development, we reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend endpoints with reasonable advance notice where feasible.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services and data are provided "as is" and "as available". The Dream Lab Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
